Slow Flow Yoga
This Slow Flow Yoga class offers a movement practice suitable for all levels, focusing on longer holds in familiar shapes to build strength and ease. Each session encourages participants to engage at their own level, fostering resilience and promoting deep relaxation. With equal emphasis on strengthening and lengthening, this class also includes accessible options and accommodations, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the benefits of a steady, stable, and comfortable practice. Join us at 10:30 AM on Saturdays for a nurturing experience.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative is pure bliss and relaxation. It is a time to slow down, rejuvenate body and mind and allow the nervous system to completely unwind. Postures are on the floor, supported with props for gentle, therapeutic release of tension. Perfect for anyone in need of healing or recovery from stressful life conditions, trauma, injury, surgery or major change. The restorative poses provide an ideal foundation for meditative healing and the experience is enhanced with the support of healing touch, spiritual readings, aromatherapy and beautiful music. Join us at 4:30 PM on Sundays for a relaxing experience.
Integrated Accessible Yoga
Join our Seasons of the Heart series of Integrated Accessible Yoga classes, where we believe yoga is for every body. This once-monthly inclusive session accommodates all abilities, ages, and body types in a supportive environment. Participants can practice on the mat, at the wall, or in a chair, utilizing props and personalized modifications to ensure comfort and safety. Whether you are new to yoga, have a chronic condition, or seek a gentle practice, this class empowers you to connect with your body, mind, and breath at your own pace. Join us at 6:00 PM on select Fridays once monthly for an empowering experience.

Goat Yoga
Join our goats on the farm-turned-sanctuary for a delightful yoga session. You’ll wonder what you’re doing stretching on a mat surrounded by goats and the goats will wonder the same! Typically, our goat yoga classes are held outside in our outdoor pen underneath the covered pavilion (with sand flooring) or in the sun on the grass. When the weather is inclement and/or temperatures drop, we do have indoor options inside the barn amongst the bales of hay. We provide mats, but you are welcome to bring your own as well.

Join us at 6:15 PM on the second Wednesday of each month for a class that promotes physical, mental, and emotional wellness, bringing our community together in unity and care.
